I tried to remap the action fields to include “campaign code” and “campaign ID,” (under “custom”) but the zaps keep coming in incorrectly. They all default to the general fundraising campaign, as opposed to the specific one chosen during the transaction.

Hi @crobinson

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field mappings.

Hi @crobinson,

Just to advise, when posting a screenshot to the Community, it is essential to obscure any sensitive information within the screenshot for security purposes. Thank you. We're looking forward to troubleshooting your issue further.

@Troy Tessalone Here’s a screen shot. We have several campaigns in Givebutter (for example, ones titled “General,” “Sustaining,” “Special Event”) but all of the Zaps come through tagged as “General.”

Thanks so much for your help!

You may need to use a lookup table:

Hey @crobinson 👋

Did adding a lookup table as Troy suggested help to get things solved here?

Keen to ensure you’re all squared away here so please let us know whether or not you need any further help at all!
