I have set up a zap so that when a customer submits an approval form on cognitoforms we instantly draft a tweet on Hootsuite to welcome them and tag them. I expect I will personalise these before tweeting but I wanted to save some donkey work. Presently I’m getting the error “Social profile isn't owned by organization (required for posting messages with tags)” any ideas what this actually might mean? Is it that you can’t tag people in Hootsuite via a zap? If not are there any work around a anyone could think of?
