Hidden Jotform Fields Not Appearing in Zapier Trigger

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to set up an automation from Jotform to Excel, something I've done many times before without any problems. However, this time I'm working with a Jotform that includes hidden fields.

When I try to test the trigger in Zapier, it only pulls in the fields that are visible on the form by default. None of the hidden fields are showing up, even though they’re important for the automation.

Is there a way to get Zapier to recognize and include hidden fields from Jotform when setting up the trigger?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi @Advocacy

Did you try testing the Form after the Zap trigger step was configured, then pull in that trigger example to see if the hidden fields are available?

Hello @Advocacy ,

If you’re still stuck, try this workaround. Send Jotform submission to a webhook using Jotform’s Webhook integration. Then use Zapier Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook as trigger. This will receive all raw form data, including hidden fields, as long as they are filled.

Hope this helps!
