If you encounter issues with the HeyGen API, the error message indicates you are being throttled, meaning you've likely hit their API rate limits. To address this, review HeyGen's documentation to understand their specific limits on request volume. If you're making too many requests quickly, try spacing them out to stay within the allowed limits. Additionally, you can implement retry logic in your Zaps, automatically enabling the system to retry a failed request after a short delay. If you aren't exceeding the limits but still face throttling, it's a good idea to contact HeyGen's support team for further assistance or to inquire about adjusting your limits.

Were the errors due to you hitting limits for your HeyGen account as Jammer suspected? 

If so, you might want to try adding a Delay After Queue (Delay by Zapier) action to your Zap to help avoid it making too many requests to the HeyGen API in a short space of time. You can learn more about how to do that here: Delay after queue
