I have set up a Fathom to Notion task with New Action Item as a trigger. I am trying to create a new database entry every time a new action item is created.

 

I have connected both services, and testing within zap seems to work but I don't see it in Notion. How can I troubleshoot this?

 

Ideally it would be good to have:

  1. Trigger: New Action Item
  2. Filter: Only when assigned to me
  3. Add to Tasks database as To-Do

Any help or link to a tutorial would be greatly appreciated!

When a Zap step is tested it usually includes the record ID that you can use to find that record in the app.

Make sure to refresh Notion to check for new data and make sure you don’t have any filters configured in Notion when viewing the data.
