I’m reaching out for assistance with a Zapier integration I'm working on between ChatGPT (OpenAI) and ServiceTitan. I'm encountering an error during testing, specifically, it says: “Failed to create a conversation in ChatGPT. OpenAI is unable to process requests.”
I’ve followed the loom video guide by Bill Brown (here’s the link Zap to Clean Up Job Summary in Service Titan) on the Zap to Clean Up Job Summary in ServiceTitan, used the correct prompt (which I also emailed him and he provided it to me), and double-checked everything. Still, I keep getting the same error. :(
I’m not sure what I’m missing at this point. Could someone please help me troubleshoot this? I’ve attached 5 screenshots for reference.
