When I’m testing out my Gumroad to Teachable Zap it says the student is enrolled in the teachable course. But the email the student is sent directed them towards the homepage of my school.

I haven't used teachable in a while, but I think if they login to your school they should only see the course they are enrolled in?
Alternatively, why dont you send them the link to your course from the same Zap ? You can then turn off the emails in Teachable.
