We hit an error adding your new account

authentication failed: We ran into an error and were unable to complete the request. This kind of error is usually cause by a malformed Base URL, but could have other causes. Please provide this error message to Support if you wish to escalate: AppError: {"message":"Invalid Consumer Key and/or Consumer Secret or REST API in Gravity Forms is not Enabled"}

  1. Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup
  2. Double check your Account has the correct permissions
  3. Check out our help docs for more information

Please clarify which Zap app you are trying to connect.

 

Looks like you are trying to connect Gravity Forms.

After adding all the information, I am still getting an error message and my issue has not been solved. Here is the error message

Have you installed the Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On?

The other work around is to use the Gravity Forms Webhooks Add-On.

The Zap trigger would be Webhooks - Catch Hook: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help
