I have a zap that triggers when a new or updated row in Google Sheets, then it looksup a row that contains an email and when found it appends a value to the row of another spreadsheet with a custom action. It works always when I test the custom action and when I test de zap, but when its live it sometimes triggers and sometimes not. Any idea what could be happening? Thanks!
