I've been reviewing my emails and was surprised by the number of alerts I'm receiving (see the attached picture). All of the Zaps are encountering issues due to a Google Sheets problem, with the error message:
“The app returned 'Error 502 (Server Error)!!1.'”
I have around 2-5 Zaps experiencing the same issue. Zapier Support has suggested either waiting for Google to fix the issue or simply disabling these error notifications. However, since these Zaps are crucial for our company processes and communication with customers and leads, this isn’t really a viable solution. Ignoring the error could result in significant problems.
Do any of you also face issues with Google Sheets in Zapier? Is there any way I can resolve this on my end? Since I have over 100 Zaps connected to Google Sheets and the errors appear randomly across different Zaps, it’s impractical to recreate each one to troubleshoot whether the problem lies with my Zaps or with Google.
