I create one zap which add a row in google spreadsheet when WPForm is submitted. I add 2 new columns to my sheet but those two new columns are not showing on my zap. I tried so many times to refresh zap and spreadsheet’s fields by clicking on refresh field but its not working!

Good question.
Try duplicating the GSheet tab, then using that new GSheet tab in the Zap.

My other recomendation would be to delete the Google Sheet step in the Zap. Then try re-adding the step and selecting the speadsheet again. If still having issues do let us know.
