Google My Business - New Review event not capturing all "new" reviews

Using the Zapier connection to Google My Business with the event “New Review” does not trigger when the end-user updates and/or changes an existing review. I’m assuming that this is expected behavior as this would constitute an update and not a new record. Is there a solution in Zapier’s integrations to overcome this?

You would probably have to explore using the GMB API to pull updated reviews: https://developers.google.com/my-business/reference/rest/v4/accounts.locations.reviews
