Google forms to EveryAction - zapping organization info

I’m trying to set up a Zap between Google forms and EveryAction.  I can set up a Zap when the contact type is a person but when it’s an organization I get this error: Access to this resource is restricted

I see that when I choose “Organization” it comes with these instructions:

“Optional, available only in contexts where Organizations as Contacts is enabled. If it is not enabled, you may get an "Access to this resource is restricted" error.”

What does it mean by “Organizations as Contacts” is enabled. EveryAction doesn’t seem to be aware of this and they say ask Zapier support. It doesn’t seem like a Zapier setting.

Any advice?

Hi @climateorganizinghub

Screenshots are from the EveryAction API docs: https://docs.everyaction.com/reference/people-common-models

You may want to try asking EveryAction Support again for guidance about where to enable this setting in their app.

Thank you for finding this documentation and pulling the screenshot for me!  It’s what I needed to ask EA support again since their first response was “ask Zapier.”  I’ll let you know how it goes.
