Hi - I am trying to crate a Zap that creates a (detailed) G Cal invite based on a G Form response submitted.
All is working, except the start/end time of the G Cal invite.
I’ve sinced added a Zap formatting step for both the start and end times, but not sure I needed to. Can anyone advise?
PS. I’ve tried including Zap (date) formatting steps (for the start + end dates/times), but this takes me into Pro territory and beyond my bank budget lol.
Is there no way to get a G Form > G Cal event Zap that will have the G Cal invite mimic the G Form inputted start/end dates/times on the free plan (without using Pro features)?

To ensure your Google Forms to Google Calendar Zap works correctly, format the date and time in ISO 8601 (for example, 2025-04-01T15:30:00Z). You can guide users in inputting data in this format or use Google Sheets to combine separate date and time fields. Incorrect formatting may cause issues with start and end times.
