Failed to create an offline conversion in Google Ads

Make sure you've turned on enhanced conversions for leads in conversion settings and try again. You can check your setting by querying conversion_tracking_setting.enhanced_conversions_for_leads_enabled on Customer., at conversions[0].user_identifiers


Spent 1 hr but still not luck.

Help us have more info about the Zap step error by posting screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured in the CONFIGURE tab with the field mappings visible while in Zap EDIT mode.

Error indicates you need to make sure you’ve turned on enhanced conversions for leads in conversion settings and try again.

That would need to be done in GAds.

Can you head over to the settings in Google Ads and confirm that the Turn on enhanced conversion for leads option is enabled?

Can you tell us more about your concern with your Zap? Have you tried the troubleshooting steps that Sam mentioned about turning on the enhanced conversion for leads via Google Ads settings?

Yeah I tried to all. This didn’t fix it. That error still appears after turning those settings in google ads.
