GoCanvas error: Unable to Pull Submissions - Permission Denied

Hi:

I am trying to connect to GoCanvas to pull back .csv submission files. 

I am able to connect to the GoCanvas account but I am failing on Test with Unable to Pull Submissions - Permission Denied.

Does anyone have an idea where I should start looking for the solution?

If you're having trouble connecting GoCanvas to Zapier, the issue may be related to permissions. Ensure your GoCanvas account has the correct permissions to access submission data, try reconnecting GoCanvas in Zapier, and check if API access is enabled. If the problem persists, contacting GoCanvas Support may help resolve the issue.
