Gmail to Notion Zap triggering multiple emails instead of just one.

In my zap I have a trigger that when an email is labeled in Gmail then a database Item is created in Notion

The issue is when I drag a mailstring to the label, ALL the emails are triggered but I just want to trigger ONE email so that ONE item is created in the Notion database

Can anyone help me fix this?
