I’m using the Gmail “New Email Matching Search” trigger and keep getting no results when I test.
I copy and paste the exact search string that I use in gmail and get no results. There are results when I use the same search in gmail. I’ve tested and reconnected the account and I still don’t know what’s going on. Any ideas or help are appreciated.

Try using this:
subject:"Your Time Off Request was Approved" from:EMAILNOTE: Change EMAIL to the desired email address value

I was using the exact same search criteria in gmail and in zapier. But I tried it as you suggested anyway and still have no results. (screenshot attached)
+14There are still differences. (capitalization and spacing with time off not timeoff)
Needs to be exact.

OMG, I just realized that I don’t have a space in “Timeoff” once I corrected that it worked.
