GitHub error: Unable to load choices, we're having trouble loading 'Assignee' data. The app returned "Not Found".

I’m attempting to create a Github issue and assign to a static member of our team. In the “Assignee” field of my Create Issue step, Zapier shows an error: 

Unable to load choices
We're having trouble loading 'Assignee' data. The app returned "Not Found".

 

When I attempt to add the static Github handle as a custom option, the output reads ‘null’. What’s going on?
