Getting “Invalid request” error when creating Excel file

Whenever I try to create an excel file with a subject line of a new email from outlook, the error code “The app returned "Invalid request" comes up. I tried to look up all the Zapier community but couldn’t find any solution. ANYONE CAN HELP?

Does the Excel spreadsheet have a semi-colon in it’s title by any chance? Asking as I’ve seen cases in the past where a special character like a semi-colon in the title caused that sort of error.

If it does have a semi-colon or other special character can you try removing it to see if that gets rid of the error?
