Getting "Invalid document" when adding attachments into JobNimbus from a document in Google Drive.

I’m trying to create a zap that will take a document from google drive, and add an attachment into job nimbus. It keeps telling me invalid document. What am I doing wrong?

The orginal document comes from jotform, then will save in google drive.

Hi @Raymond M

We will need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured, along with the error to have more context.

It goes normal when selecting where I want the file to come from, but then it’s not pulling any of the information out of the file, just the backend information. But then when going to select the information I need to create the attachment in Job Nimbus, I’m either putting the wrong information in, or trying to pull the wrong file? Then it  says “Attempt to relate to invalid document”

@Raymond M

Help article about using files in Zaps: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496288813453

For the File field, try mapping this variable: File (Exists but not shown)

For the Related ID, that needs to be a JobNimbus ID as indicated by the field description.

Even doing that, it still shows up as “attempt to relate to invalid document”

@Raymond M

For the Related ID field, check the field description.

It needs to be a Record ID from JobNimbus for a Contact, Job, or Task.
