Question

Getting error "account connection is expired" with connection to Ecwid account

I am trying to make a really simple zap to create a spreadsheet row when a new order comes in.  It works fine using one Ecwid account but when I try the to create the exact same zap for another Ecwid account (for a different Ecwid store) I get the complaint "This account connection is expired. You'll need to reconnect the account before continuing. ”

I have tried reconnecting the account but it gives the same error.  I have tried creating a new connection but after creating the connection, when testing it, it says there is a problem with that connection.  I know that the username and password I am using to create the connection is correct (I have checked by using the credentials to log directly in to my Ecwid account.)

Any suggestions?

Hi @LoveTheBlues,

Welcome to the Community.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. If you're having trouble connecting your Ecwid account in Zapier, try reauthenticating it under Connected Accounts to ensure your credentials are correct. Check for duplicate Ecwid connections, clear your browser's cache and cookies, and try using a different browser or incognito mode. Also, verify that you haven't exceeded Ecwid's API limits, which could be causing the issue.

Let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.
