Free Plan MCP Action Halted - Need Human Support

Hello Team Zapier,

I’m using Claude to connect to Zapier MCP to pass info between Airtable and Buffer. It was working successfully and then suddenly it stopped working today.

 

This is the error message:

  "error": "Action execution was halted by the platform. This is most often because your account admin has restricted this app or action. Original status: halted."
}
 

A couple points of context:

  • I’m on a Free plan (not Enterprise) -- I signed up for the Free plan last week and then noticed today that it had been reclassified as a “Legacy” plan. I signed up for a new Free plan today, but that did not “unhalt” my tasks. 
  • I’m the account administrator.
  • The error message indicates Enterprise-level governance restrictions.
  • This is a platform/account configuration issue, not a user error.
  • I've already reviewed all self-serve documentation.

I created a support ticket and received a response indicating that support is self-service. But I don’t see any way to unblock the restriction. How do I reach a human (or an empowered bot that can help me)?
