EDITTeam*...not “Team Members” - more caffeine required asap.

 

Hi all,

 

We just got the “Team” subscription in Frame.IO, created a workspace, setup a couple of projects and have begun to use their reviewing system. Now trying to connect our Google Drive account so that we can automatically backup videos from Frame.IO > Drive but receiving the following error despite successfully connecting our Frame account to Zapier:

 

I’ve tried removing the connection altogether and adding it from the “Apps” menu in Zapier, explored the settings in Frame, but I’m not having much luck. Can anyone advise? Many thanks!

According to the Frame.io team, the v4 beta version of Frame.io currently does not support the API, and this has been an ongoing issue in the Frame.io forum. I recommend reaching out to the Frame.Io support team directly to help keep the momentum going on this.

How is there not a class action lawsuit on this matter yet? This issue has cost so many agencies time and money. Many of which were paying for their service for a long time. And they continue to sell the product without clear labeling that the system is not fully functioning?
