I’m having trouble getting my forms to show up inside Zapier. I tried reconnecting and testing the app integration but still nothing. Can anyone please help?

Just came across this and wanted to check how it’s going. Did the guides Troy linked to help to point you in the right direction?
If not, can you confirm whether you’ve got a Formidable Forms Business license or higher, and have installed their Zapier add on? That appears to be a requirement for using Zapier with their app so I just want to double-check that’s definitely in place:
