A client WordPress website has randomly stopped sending Fluent Form Pro API Calls to Zapier, and instead it’s stuck on “pending”.  The only way we can push these to Zapier is by doing it manually.

We’re using the correct webhook generated in Zapier, and this was working fine a few weeks ago.  It’s randomly stopped working on the live website, but strangely enough it’s working fine on the staging website, using the same credentials.

We’ve check the cron job on the server, and it’s setup how it should be, and nothing else has changed.  Any ideas why a Zap would stop working like this?

The Zap is not firing because the webhook is not being sent from Fluent Forms to trigger the Zap.

In Fluent Forms, try reconfiguring the integration again. (turn OFF, then back ON)
