Hi Community, I am having an issue with my filter step in my zap. It is stopping my runs and I do not know, my steps all seem correct. My zap starts with pulling details from a google sheet, this happens successfully. The next step should be to filter in order to add a subscriber to mailchimp but the filter is stopping

Please help!!

Hello @Lauron Buys ,

Can you please share some screenshots of your workflow so we can see the details?

This is a different error i am receiving now, there is a second rule which include the matching of a subscription  type. Both rules need to be met

Hello @Lauron Buys ,

Hmm, I think I still need some context on your workflow. Why do you need to filter the Bot Choice field when the condition you're matching it with is also the Bot Choice field? It should work fine even if you omit this first rule in your filter because that condition will always be met. Unless you change that second field of your first rule.

So the workflow starts with obtaining details from a google sheet. This sheet is updated automatically from website sign ups. The zap in question is intended to view the google sheet lines, filter the choices between two bots and then the subscription choice per bot and then once filtered add to mailchimp with the appropriate tags.

So first rule is to pick up the bot choice, matching exactly and then second rule is to pick up the subscription choice, matching exactly.
