I’m building a Zap that starts with a Jotform submission. I have a Filter by Zapier step that should continue only if a signature field exists. Here's the issue:

  • I've submitted a fresh Jotform entry that includes a valid signature (confirmed in the test data as a URL like https://www.jotform.com/uploads/...signature.png)

  • In Step 1, I've clicked “Test” > “Load More” and selected that submission

  • I can see the Answers Signature field with a valid value in the test data

  • But in Step 4 (Filter), I still do not see a "Continue" or "Test Filter" button — it just says "Configure & Test" with no option to proceed

Can you help confirm:

  • Why Zapier isn't recognizing the test record as matching the filter condition?

  • And what I can do to unblock this step so I can move forward?

In your Filter step, there is a tab for “Configure & Test” and at the bottom is a button for oRetest Filter].

 

If you still need help, post screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Thanks so much for the tip! I realized that I hadn’t fully completed the step—I added a second rule in the Filter but didn’t fill it out, which I think is why the “Continue” and “Test” buttons weren’t available.

I got it working now, but since I’m still new to Zapier (though spending 3–5 hours a day in it!), I may have more questions as I go. Would you be open to sharing your contact info in case I need to reach out directly?
