Files from Monday.com showing up in Placid as screenshots of monday.com log-in

Trying to have a new item in Monday trigger an image generated in placid. However when I connect the file from Monday.com it just shows up as a screenshot of the Monday.com log-in. How do I fix this?

Are you able to clarify your workflow a bit for us? Sometimes it helps for clarity phrasing it as "When this happens in Monday, do that in Placid."

In addition, if you don’t mind sharing screenshots of your zap setup (with any personal details removed) that may give us a better idea of how to troubleshoot.
