Hi, all!  This is my first post so bear with me.  I am having a strange and recurring error with ChatGPT’s Extract Structured Data Zap.  The basic setup is 1) Conversation with Assistant → 2) Extract Structured Data from conversation → 3) Create Calendar Event → 4) Sending a Text Message.  This sequence is pictured below.

 

 

The issue I’m having repeatedly is that downstream applications are not pulling the data that is extracted by ChatGPT.  In this error, although ChatGPT successfully extracted the data (my client’s name and their phone number), neither Google Calendar nor KENECT pulled that information into their Zaps.

Can anyone think of a reason that would explain why this data is not being populated in the downstream Zaps?

As an update/addition here, I reran the entire Zap and it functioned perfectly with no errors. I know that the Zap is functional, but this is a repeating issue that I’d like to solve in a permanent way that doesn’t require me to rerun my Zaps.

I’m so sorry for the delayed reply here.

You might need to add a Delay For (3 minute delay) step to give the Zap some time to process all of the data. You can learn more about Delay by Zapier here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496288754829-Add-delays-to-Zaps
