Fax.Plus Fails to Send PDF Located by Zapier in Previous Zap Step

Just as the title says. I convert the file using the CloudConvert app, then upload the resulting PDF to OneDrive. I then locate the file on OneDrive in the next step of the Zap. I can see the PDF in OneDrive -- and can even successfully send it as an attachment via Mailgun. But when I try to send it as a fax via Fax.Plus, I receive the same unhelpful generic error over and over. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this? I’m attaching screenshots of this step for reference. Any help would be appreciated. I sent a message to the Fax.Plus Help service directly, but though that I’d try here as well.

Hi @cbsmith82

Click the field label to see a tooltip that may contain guidance.

You may have to try reaching out to Fax.Plus Support for help with their Zap app integrations.

@cbsmith82

Try testing with your Zap turned ON.

Then check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step, plus a LOGS tab that shows the underlying API request/response that may provide more details about the error to help you troubleshoot.
