Fareharbor contact not being added to Klaviyo list

I’m sending contacts from our Fareharbor bookings to Klaviyo. My zap is working and profile are being sent to Klaviyo but they aren’t entering the list I’ve selected.

Anyone know why this might be happening?

The Zap says it was successful, but the subscriber wasn't added to the list

If your list is set to use double opt-in in Klaviyo, new subscribers won't be added to the list right away, but will receive a confirmation email.
Once the person confirms that they want to opt-in, they will then appear on the list.

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

Some of the profiles being added have actively not subscribed to the email list, so not ideal if they are being emailed asking if they want to opt in.

 

Is there a way for only have subscribed customers funnelling through the Klaviyo?

Hi ​@Troy Tessalone,

I want to keep double opt in for when people subscribe to our newsletter via our website, but on Fareharbor there’s the option to opt in for email marketing and at the moment these customers aren’t being captured with Klaviyo.

Do you know how I can only send Fareharbor customers who have opted in to Klaviyo and ignore anyone who has opted out.
