Hello, I had some issues trying to Create Invoice-Receipt in InvoiceXpress, and now the error is in the Zap of sending the created and finished invoice by email in invoiceXpress.

 

Does anyone know how to solve this? It says the account name or API are incorrect, but they aren’t, so I don’t know what else to do. I’m speaking to InvoiceXpress for some weeks now, but everything takes a lot of time.

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please click on the "Skip test" button in the "Sends Invoice by Email" step, then publish the Zap and try triggering it live? After that, let me know if the Zap still encounters the same error.
