Good question.
We’ll need more context with screenshots to understand how your Zap Step 2 is configured.
The project is as follows, I have emails with the same subject line with information from leads that I want organized into an sheet ( that I have preorganized)

looks like you don’t have a valid Row ID specified to update that row in Step 2.
You may need to add a step to Lookup Row.
