Please help!
When someone registers to watch our webinar I am trying to use zapier to search and locate that specific person on a board and update a column. I can’t get it to work - I’m sure I have many errors!
In step 2 i’m trying to search in the Email column on the monday board:
Then, I only want to continue if their email exists?
In this step, do I need to pull from step 2? The Item ID and custom options only show the names no Email option.
In step 5, when I try Update or change a column value, I can pull the email info from step 4 but I consistenyl get an error that says: Failed to create an item in monday: Invalid value for undefined on undefined. Item not found
