Failed to create an item in monday: Invalid value for undefined on undefined. Item not found

Please help!

When someone registers to watch our webinar I am trying to use zapier to search and locate that specific person on a board and update a column. I can’t get it to work - I’m sure I have many errors!



In step 2 i’m trying to search in the Email column on the monday board:
 


Then, I only want to continue if their email exists?
 

 

In this step, do I need to pull from step 2? The Item ID and custom options only show the names no Email option.

 


In step 5, when I try Update or change a column value, I can pull the email info from step 4 but I consistenyl get an error that says: Failed to create an item in monday: Invalid value for undefined on undefined. Item not found

Hi @Academy1 

In Step 2, you need to map the email address to the Email field to search for that email address.

 

In step 4, you would need to map the Item ID from Step 2.
