We initially received an error which said: “Microsoft Outlook (1.24.2) has been deprecated and cannot be used anymore.” so revisiting the zap to fix this error then brought about the error :

Failed to create an email in Microsoft Outlook

Error while hydrating data from SafetyCulture: The app returned "None".

 

I believe I have everything correct but when testing the step I get the above message and can’t see why.  Any ideas?

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the Microsoft Outlook action step in “CONFIGURE” section please ensure that all of the fields are captured in the screenshot.

We’ve managed to resolve this now.  Not quite sure how but the issue went away.
