The mapped variables have a value of “No data”.

Make sure to use an example form Step 1 that has values for the mapped variables.

@Troy Tessalone I noticed that my test records do not include the three fields that I need for Zoom. Not sure how to get Email, First Name and Last Name to appear in the test records.

The CiviCRM Zap triggers are instant.

If the Zap is not firing, then either:

• Your CiviCRM account is not configured correctly to work with Zapier
  • Help link for using CiviCRM in Zaps: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/28676836945677-How-to-get-started-with-CiviCRM-on-Zapier
• You are not testing correctly to get the Zap to fire
• There is an issue with the CiviCRM Zap trigger
