Failed to create a registrant in Zoom Required field "Email" (email) is missing. Required field "First Name" (first_name) is missing.
I am receiving the above error. My configuraton:

I can’t figure out how to correct this. Thank you for any advice.

The CiviCRM Zap triggers are instant.
If the Zap is not firing, then either:

The mapped variables have a value of “No data”.
Make sure to use an example form Step 1 that has values for the mapped variables.

Then check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step.

@Troy Tessalone I noticed that my test records do not include the three fields that I need for Zoom. Not sure how to get Email, First Name and Last Name to appear in the test records.
Your previous screenshots shows the correct variables mapped to the correct fields.
Can you post screenshots from your Zap Runs history details showing the DATA IN/OUT for each step?
