Hi everyone,
we are currently trying to connect Gmail with our Affinity. Every time an email with certain criteria is in our inbox, a new opportunity in affinity should be created. This step works fine, but we struggle with updating the opportunity with data in a third step.
We would like to add the email adresses in the email to the opportunity. And ideally the link to the companies they belong to.
Additionally add the email body as a description to the opportunity. But either get the a 422 error code. Or the opportunity can not be found by Zapier, eventhough it is in the affinity list. Any body has experience with solving this error?
