Failed to create a message in Podium: The app returned"https://docs.podium.com/docs/errors#bad_request"

Western Envirapest

When trying to create a zap sending a text message to a client it always come up with:

Failed to create a message in Podium

The app returned

"https://docs.podium.com/docs/errors#bad_request".

 

Yet if I change it to Email, it works prefectly fine. I have failed to find how to fix this issue. Any help appreciated.

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Could you also send a screenshot of the “Action” section of your Podium step that shows all of its fields? Here’s an example screenshot:
