Failed to create a lead in Pipedrive

We have a Calendly-Pipedrive connection that takes a new invitee from calendly, in Pipedrive looks for the lead title with the email provided by calendly, and then should update the lead with the org name that we get from calendly. 
Everything works fine until we come to the Update Lead in Pipedrive step, and then it says 
“Failed to create a lead in Pipedrive This feature requires a new permission. To use it, reconnect your Pipedrive account.”
I’ve reconnected the account multiple times, but still run into this problem. 
How can I fix it?
