Hello, I'm just looking for some assistance with my automation so that my leads will go to CLG from lead connector. The issue is that when I test, it always says phone is a required parameter, but the data is already in the actions. Please see the images below.

Good question.
Take note of the field description.
The phone number should be 10 digits.
You can use a Formatter > Numbers > Format Phone Number step, then map the output of that step to the Phone field.
