It’s been a while since you posted here so I wanted to check in to see how things are progressing?

Were you able to get this solved? If so, would you be up for sharing details of what the solution was? Asking as this could be really useful for others in the Community that might be having similar issues. 🙏

If not, am I right in thinking you’re using the Webhooks action to obtain a file from Podio? And are you able to pass that file to another action, like a “Send Email” type of action for example and open it? If not it could be that there’s an issue with the file object. Does the API that’s providing it also provide a publicly-accessible link to download the file, or is there a different GET request you could make to get that?
