For us to have full context, we will need to see screenshots with how the steps are outlined and configured.
We would need to see screenshots with how all the fields are configured in the Spotio step that is encountering an error.
Try using a different Date Format.
e.g. YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS
If you still need help, try reaching out to Spotio Support for help with their Zap app integration.

Basically If the Job Nimbus Contact is created by Zappier then the Zap can create a lead in Spotio.
But If I create Job Nimbus Contact Manually for some reason the Zap doesn’t create a lead in Spotio.
Do you think it might be the Zappier’s issue ?
FYI: Most apps on Zapier are built and maintained by the app developers themselves on the Zapier Developer Platform.
