Try using a different Date Format.

e.g. YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS

 

If you still need help, try reaching out to Spotio Support for help with their Zap app integration.

Hello @Troy Tessalone, Just wanted to let you know that I sent the message to Spotio team but I would also like to point out the interesting thing I observed:

Basically If the Job Nimbus Contact is created by Zappier then the Zap can create a lead in Spotio.

But If I create Job Nimbus Contact Manually for some reason the Zap doesn’t create a lead in Spotio. 
Do you think it might be the Zappier’s issue ?

FYI: Most apps on Zapier are built and maintained by the app developers themselves on the Zapier Developer Platform.
