I'm getting the error

Failed to create a conversation in ChatGPT (OpenAI)

Unable to process request from OpenAI

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? I’ve tried shortening the prompt, removing all special characters, and changing the model to both gpt-4.1-mini and gpt-4.0.

All the help articles I can find talk about reaching token limits but that doesn’t appear to be the issue noted in the error message. 

 

Same issue. No prompt seems to make it through to OpenAI.

For us to have more context about the error, post screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode.
