Hi! 

I have a couple of Zaps that try to assign a Freshsales Suite contact to a list, both of them fail with the reason:

Failed to create a contact in Freshsales Suite

The list you're looking for does not exist. Please choose correct list

I notice in the UI there are two places that a list can be defined, but this one seems to be the most likely. I use the drop down to pick the correct list, but when testing it gives the error above.

I’ve tried manually inserting the list ID and also have tried the other list entry in the UI (which doesn’t have a picker so I have tried both the name and the ID, neither work)

 

Any help much appreciated.

Doh! I solved my own issue.

When I went back to the Zap I noticed a field I hadn’t seen before: “Choose one of the operation”. Setting this to “Add contact to list” solves the issue.
