  • Facebook Messenger:(#10) Cannot message users who are not admins, developers or testers of the app until pages_messaging permission is reviewed and the app is live.

The facebook messenger integration seems to have stopped working. 

 

When attempting to reply to messages through the facebook integration we have started getting this error being reutrned on the from Facebook Messenger: 
 

(#10) Cannot message users who are not admins, developers or testers of the app until pages_messaging permission is reviewed and the app is live.


It does not make sense, as the integration has been working for months.  We have reconnected the relevant facebook account, which is the page owner to no avail. 

 

When we check the Facebook page, we can see that the “Zapier Messenger” app has all of the following permissions (including the one that is apparently missing .

pages_show_list, pages_messaging, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_metadata

 

Is there an isuse with the Zapier Messenger app? 

Hi there @luked,

I searched our notes regarding this error, and it seems like I couldn’t find anything related to this. With that being said, are you seeing this error in the Zap run? If so, have you tried replaying the Zap run?
