Hi everyone
i I am trying to create a zap to send Facebook leads to Kartra. I set up the zap and the test said it was working ….. but it’s not. The leads are not showing up in kartra. I’d love some help here please.

Kindly share the screenshots of how you set up the zap for us to have more info, Also review zap history for more information on whether the zap hit an error.

Hi
The Kartra step should return an ID of the record that you can use to check the data in Kartra.
For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.
