Hi all,

I have created a Zap for a Facebook form we are using to capture leads via Facebook / Instagram and ass them to our Salesforce CRM as a new lead. I have setup the Zap and all seems to be connected correctly and when each time I test it, the lead comes into Salesforce fine however, when we receive a lead, it is not being triggered automatically. I am still having to manually push the lead from Zapier into Salesforce via the ‘Test’ method.

When I click ‘ find new records’ in the Facebook lead test section of Zapier, it loads the Facebook leads fine which has got me stumped. What do I need to do / change so the lead comes straight into Salesforce without having to manually ush it through via a test Zap in Zapier? Other Zaps I have done (which arent with Facebook) don’t have this issue.

Hi @GD249,

Keep us on the loop for this one so we can troubleshoot further if needed. Thank you.

Hi guys,

Thanks for the information.

I had to asign ‘Zapier’ as the CRM in the ‘leads access’ setting in Facebook which was done via the below link which you provided above. All working now thanks :)
