Facebook Lead Ads Zap not triggering automatically.

My Facebook Lead Ads Zap for a specific page is not triggering automatically when real leads come in from a live ad. Manual test runs work fine and leads come through correctly. I have reconnected the Facebook account and built a brand new Zap from scratch. Task history is completely blank during periods when real leads have been submitted.

The issue is isolated to this one page only. I have multiple other Facebook Lead Ads Zaps on the same Zapier account connecting to different pages and they are all firing automatically without any issues.

    I can see you also reached out to our Support team about this and it appears you got it sorted. Did the help guides Troy linked to here help to point you in the right direction? 

    Guessing it might have been something to do with the access permissions for that specific page since it's only affecting one page, but would love it if you could confirm what the fix was here. This would be super helpful for others that might come across similar issues 🙏

    Hello ​@Phenyx, Has this been resolved yet?

    And if not, Since your other Facebook Lead Ads Zaps are working, I'd be focusing on the page-specific connection or permissions rather than the Zap itself. The fact that test leads work but real leads don't is an important clue.
